To say that the achievements of Louisa “Lui” Escoton are unprecedented would be as true as any other extraordinary statement that can be made about the 1st and inaugural ARTISTS 4 A CAUSE® Youth Ambassador: Louisa “Lui” Escoton.
The accomplishments of this young lady can only be described as totally amazing and include being able to hum a tune at only 2 years of age, being able to sing at only 3 years of age, and then perform publicly at the young age of 5 years. Louisa’s talent for being a performing artist is reflected in her long list of sporting achievements which focus on total mastery of the performance of the body under strict competitive conditions. A prime example is Louisa being a champion in track and field for the 100m, 200m, 400m and 800m events. In fact, her natural talent for gymnastics landed her many opportunities to be trained in gymnastics in China, as well as been given a proposal for training in mixed martial arts that is rare in one so young.
However, for Louisa her allocated sports and exercise is there in order for her to look after her body and clear her mind, which all makes for an even higher level of professionalism in her performances where her talent continues to ascend exponentially. This is also true for her penchant to read in her spare time, allowing the knowledge contained in some of the most informative books ever written to enter into her life and makes Louisa the person she knows herself to be.
Louisa is also no stranger to interpersonal communication as exemplified in her interview with UNTV after her performance at the 2018 International Youth Summit held in Perth, where Louisa demonstrated her confidence, predisposition and sheer charisma when dealing with the media.
Indeed, people who come to know Louisa comment uniformly that she is very polite, sweet and with a splendid sense of humour. In addition, she has an exceptionally down- to-earth personality and she is acutely aware that her combination of incredible natural talent combined with the necessary hard work will allow her to reach the highest echelons of whatever career she chooses in life, whether that be of a performing artist or anything akin to this field.
Louisa is also acutely aware of the responsibility that comes with being the Youth Ambassador for Artists 4 A Cause® where she will be for youth around the world the public face, human dimension and personal touch of our charity. Louisa looks forward to this position with great excitement as she will be able, in many cases simply by her own example, to mentor the youth of today as she exudes all the ethos and tenets which reflect perfectly those of Artists 4 A Cause®.
As Louisa says, “It’s at my age where we try to find who we are. For some people it’s easy, but others take much longer. Find something you love and it will help you find yourself whether it’s music, art, dance or sports, and when you do, use it to make a change. It doesn’t matter how small it is, because sometimes the smallest things make the biggest impact.”
In conclusion, ARTISTS 4 A CAUSE® is overwhelmingly honoured to have Louisa as our 1st and inaugural Youth Ambassador. Her natural talent combined with her relentless work ethic, resulting in her many achievements that are symbolic of the fact that such a combination seldom or never fails, makes Louisa the perfect choice as the inaugural Youth Ambassador. Louisa aims to proudly stand for ARTISTS 4 A CAUSE® and help to achieve the goals of ARTISTS 4 A CAUSE® in helping all disadvantaged and sick people, a significant number of whom are youths themselves, in our increasingly interwoven and interdependent global community.
