These charity Advertiser Terms apply to all charity Advertisers who we may accept and offer free advertising of the charity event. By agreeing to our charity Advertiser Terms, you are agreeing to all our Terms posted on our website in addition to these charity Advertiser Terms as may be amended from time to time.
“charity” means a charity advertiser who has set up an account and uses our Services to offer events or contacts Artists through our website.
“charity event” means a particular show, performance or event that meets both the charity requirements and our charity Advertiser Terms which we may agree to advertise on your behalf.
How it works:
You may apply to have your charity event registered and advertised on our A4AC.org website.
You must provide us with your advertisement graphic for your charity event (“the Advertisement”) which meets our requirements including but not limited to the following:
The charity event must be a registered charity event to be held in the future;
The charity must be registered on our website;
The charity event and the Advertisement must include the names of all registered Performing Artists, including at minimum, one registered performing artist currently registered on our A4AC.org website;
The Advertisement may be sent to us at support@artists4acause.org
In providing the Advertisement, the charity warrants:
The charity event is a current, valid registered charity event;
No performer at the charity event will be performing any lewd, inappropriate, immoral, or otherwise offensive material;
All performers who will be performing at the charity event are listed in the Advertisement;
At least one of the performers listed in the Advertisement is currently registered and has been booked through the A4AC.org website;
The Advertisement meets all Australian Consumer Law requirements.
Placing the Advertisement:
The Advertisement, once submitted will be reviewed and vetted for appropriateness and to ensure it is within the ethos and is in keeping with the Artists4ACause.org website. The acceptance for any Advertisement is determined solely by Artists4ACause.org and may be rejected for any reason in our sole discretion. There is no fee for any Advertisement accepted and placed on our site.
We may, at any time, remove the Advertisement for any reason, without notice with no liability to the charity, any performer or any third party.
By requesting us to place your Advertisement you agree the following:
That your Advertisement is accurate, not misleading, defamatory, and does not breach any law or regulations with respect to any charity, Intellectual property rights or any other third party rights. You agree to fully indemnify us and take over any claim from any individual, performer, organisation or third party that may be taken against us as a result of your Advertisement; and
We are a facilitator only, to assist with the advertising of your charity event. We are in no way affiliated nor will you imply any affiliation in any manner with us, our organisation or any performer beyond providing a platform for artists and charities to contact each other for booking purposes.
ARTISTS 4 A CAUSE® also supports the fund raising activities of For Profit Organisations by welcoming any such Organisation to email their charity event advertisement along with a copy of the relevant authority to fundraise to support@artists4acause.org. The advertisement is vetted in accordance with our Charity Advertiser Terms which we ask you to familiarize yourself with to ensure and maintain the highest standards and compliance with all relevant laws and requirements. Once approved, the advertisement will be placed on the Artists4ACause.org home page for 8 weeks which facilitates the advertisement to be seen straight away by anyone visiting the Artists4ACause.org website. Although this service to For Profit Organisations is FREE, we appreciate a voluntary contribution to ARTISTS 4 A CAUSE® as both a token of goodwill and a gesture of support for our charity.
