The deemed exclusion of any term pursuant to this paragraph shall not affect or modify the full enforceability and construction of the other clauses of these terms and conditions.
JURISDICTION
This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of WA and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and Artists4ACause.org that results in litigation then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of WA.
APPROPRIATE PERFORMANCE CONTENT GUIDELINES
Artists4ACause.org will not register and/or will delete any Charitable Cause if the material or any part of the performance contains adult only viewing material. This includes but is not limited to any entertainment or part of the performance that may be considered of a sexual nature, derogatory to any sexual preference, may be considered offensive or includes any bad language. The performance and material must at all times be suitable for minors under the age of 18 years.
FIT AND PROPER PERSON REQUIREMENT
You may not be considered a fit and proper person to participate as a performer, artist, Patron, Ambassador or in any other representative positions that may be associated with ARTISTS 4 A CAUSE®. If you have been arrested, convicted or otherwise associated, whether directly or indirectly, with a criminal, unsavoury, immoral or otherwise offensive activity that we may decide, our sole discretion, does not reflect the intent, purpose, moral integrity and appropriate nature of our website and charity model, we may ban you from our website, from providing any services or having any association with our website, any charity or other affiliation with ARTISTS 4 A CAUSE® immediately and without notice. We are at no time responsible for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect, including consequential, which may incur or be suffered as a result of our decision.
